With an unwavering commitment to raising standards in elderly care, patient safety, and service excellence, she brings visionary leadership to Nigeria’s growing care and nursing sector.

She holds a Degree in Health and Social Care, which established her foundation in person-centred care, safeguarding, and the ethical principles that guide high-quality social care practice. Her academic journey also includes a Degree in Biomedicine, giving her deep insight into human physiology, disease processes, and evidence-based healthcare delivery. Keen to stay versatile and technologically aware, she additionally completed a Degree in Information Technology, enabling her to integrate modern digital solutions into care pathways, staff training, and organisational management.

Her passion for public welfare led her to earn a Master’s in Public Health (MPH), strengthening her expertise in health promotion, epidemiology, community health, and health systems strengthening. To support workforce development and professional education, she obtained a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE), empowering her to lead staff training, mentorship programmes, and best-practice learning environments within the Willows Haven organisation. Alongside her role at Willows Haven in Nigeria, she also serves as the Managing Director of Willows Healthcare Diagnostic Centre, a reputable medical diagnostics provider known for ultrasound, laboratory services, X-ray, ECG, and home sample collection. Her leadership ensures the delivery of accurate, timely, and confidential diagnostic services to the community. She is also the Director of AB Willows Care Services UK, where she oversees the provision of high-quality domiciliary and supported-living services across the United Kingdom.
